Recently, Weihua Crane successfully developed a heavy duty 320T crane reducer and completed the delivery. The reducer is 10m length, 2.2m height and 1.3m width. It adopts hard-tooth gear transmission technology, reaching the crane industry advanced level. The crane reducer has advantages of large carrying capacity, high transmission accuracy, convenient installation, long service life and easy maintenance, etc. Its structure adopts the form of double-in and double-out shafts, and the middle connection is through meshed wheels to achieve synchronization at both ends.
Two reducers are designed for traditional metallurgical cranes, and the two reducers are connected to the output shafts through a coupling to realize the synchronous lifting of the two drums. This structure has high requirements for the crane trolley processing and installation, in the same time the trolley system rigidity is insufficient. Our newly designed 320T crane reducer greatly enhances the accuracy of mechanical transmission, reduces the probability of component failure, and improves the operating efficiency of the crane. And can meet the demand for high precision gearboxes of crane industry.
