On April 8, with a whistle buzzing, 2 sets 60 ton rail mounted container gantry cranes (referred to as RMG) and 1 set 41 ton rubber-tired container gantry crane (referred to as RTG) in the ship was loaded on shore at Zhangjiagang Port and sailed to the destination Laem Charbang Port of Thailand.
The RTG is shipped and transported without dismantling the whole machine. The components of the two RMG crane are also compactly placed on the deck, with the RMG main beam reaching 60 meters.
These three container handling cranes have the characteristics of large hoisting capacity and high lifting height, and adopt the international advanced anti-sway control, crane and trolley deviation correction and other advanced technologies to meet the high requirements of customers.
Considering the equipment is operated in ports all year and will be affected by strong wind, high temperature and humidity. In the product design and production process, not only introducing the design of anti-corrosion source, but also design and install closed-loop anti-sway system in crane key parts. It can stop swaying at any time in case of strong wind and other external forces. At the same time, an anti-skid system is added when the equipment is running or stationary to ensure the safety of the equipment.
